They will experience the value that innovating around processes and services can bring to an organization and discover how to implement a test-and-learn mentality that captures more value for the organization more quickly

  • Design Thinking Principles and Mindset Design with 5 Steps Process in action
  • Empathy – User interview, how to prepare and conduct interview, user feedback
  • Define – Download interview information, telling customer stories, find themes, Empathy Map, Affinity Map, Customer Journey Map, reframe problem (Point of view, How Might We questions)
  • Ideate – Divergent thinking and Convergent thinking, prioritization map
    Prototype – Storyboarding, paper models, LEGO models
  • Test – Solution presentation, gather feedback
  • Business Model Canvas
  • Design Thinking process integration with Agile
